Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 342 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this page. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users accessing 342, including visitors, registered users, and active members. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the latest version.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
342 users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. This platform is provided for personal and entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit the system, manipulate games, or use unauthorised methods to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

- Making suspicious fund transfers or engaging in activities potentially involving money laundering.

342 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending access, freezing account balances, and reporting cases to the relevant authorities, where there is evidence of a serious violation.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 342 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and are not proceeds from any unlawful activity.
Deposits will be credited to your account once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 342 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Any withdrawal request to a third party will be rejected. 342 reserves the right to apply additional review periods before approving large or unusual withdrawals, in the interest of user protection.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be considered.

342 is not liable for any financial loss, loss of profit, service interruption, or data damage arising from use of this platform, except where directly caused by our own gross negligence. This platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any implied warranties.

Account Policy, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
342 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to the platform or other users. In confirmed cases of fraud, the balance in the account concerned may be retained or surrendered to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once all eligible withdrawals have been completed and there are no pending transactions outstanding.
Amendments to These Terms
342 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or through their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 342 platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
